All classes are conducted by our physiotherapists and are tailored to suit all fitness levels and conditions.

A verbal medical clearance from your health care professional is recommended before starting a new exercise regime.

Our Osteo-Stretch + Strengthen class, is a 45 Minute exercise circuit which involves the use of all sorts of equipment including the reformer. Our class is an excellent choice for increasing and maintaining balance. You will work on evenly building strength and flexibility on both sides of your body while training small and large muscle groups alike. Good core strength is essential to physical balance. Pilates allows you to build this strength to support your posture and alignment.

We welcome all levels of fitness to join our fully supervised class.
