Where passion meets purpose in women’s health

At Mercy Physiotherapy, we do things differently.

We’re a collaborative, warm, and purpose-driven team dedicated to supporting women and families through every stage of life—from early motherhood and beyond. We combine clinical excellence with a deep respect for the lived experiences of our clients, and we believe that healthcare should always be personal, empowering, and grounded in kindness.

Whether it’s pelvic health, musculoskeletal care, pre- and postnatal support, or infant development, we’re here to make a difference—and we’re looking for likeminded clinicians who want to do the same.

Why Work With Us?

Diverse caseloads.
You’ll never be bored. Our clinical services span pelvic health, musculoskeletal concerns, pregnancy and postnatal care, baby swim, boutique hydrotherapy, and a variety of movement based classes.

Professional development.
Led by a team with decades of experience, we offer structured mentoring, regular CPD, and strong pathways for growth. Our director Michelle has mentored physios, fitness and health professionals across Australia.

True collaboration.
We value team connection. From shared learning and team case discussions to celebrating wins together, you’ll feel supported and valued here.

Family-focused flexibility.
We walk the talk. Many of us are parents too, and we understand the juggle. We offer flexible working arrangements that work with your life, not against it.

A thriving space to work.
Located at St John of God Mount Lawley Hospital, our space includes private consult rooms, a boutique hydrotherapy pool, gym/pilates studio, and opportunities to upskill in ward based hospital work.

❤️ Values-led practice.
We’re all about integrity, empathy, equity, curiosity, and community. If those values resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home.
