Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, Curtin University 2020. Breathe Education Pilates Instructor 2022.

Rhiana first became interested in physiotherapy through her ballet training, where her fascination with all the different ways the body can move sparked an interest in anatomy. When she was no longer able to continue with ballet professionally, physiotherapy became a clear choice and a great way to help people get moving again. Her roots in ballet and own experiences in Pilates also prompted her to complete her Pilates instructor training in 2022.

Since working in private practice, Rhiana has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and helping her patients achieve their long-term movement goals. She enjoys getting to know her patients and believes in not only treating the injury at the time, but also looking at the broader picture and addressing any other barriers to their recovery.

Outside of physiotherapy, Rhiana enjoys learning new skills in arts and crafts, she taught herself how to embroider and is now tackling watercolour paints. She hopes to eventually learn more about ceramics!
