Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy).
Achievements:Mel has worked at Mercy physiotherapy for 20 years. She has also been teaching in the Notre Dame Physiotherapy course for eight years.
Mel offers patients many years of experience in antenatal and postnatal care, both in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Mel aims to maximise patients wellbeing during this exciting time in their lives. She is currently working part time in the Family Birthing Unit (FBU) in the main hospital. Mel also runs our weekend ‘Preparation for Childbirth Classes’ and takes some of our antenatal aqua and postnatal aqua classes. Mel is a busy mother to three young boys.
