I have been in the industry of remedial/sports massage therapy for the last 13 years, and I pride myself on tailoring treatment to ensure the best results for my clients. I achieve excellent results working on the soft tissues with a good understanding of biomechanics, including musculoskeletal structures, functions and actions.

I bring a wealth of knowledge to my work with extensive experience in fitness and well-being. I believe in using the client’s natural health force for pain relief and performance.
As a Reiki practitioner, I consider the body to work as a whole. Sometimes, pain and discomfort are linked to underlying conditions and triggers. Massage is a therapy that enhances your body, mind and soul. In addition to physical treatment, therapeutic massage is an “energy work” process.

With over 20 years of dedicated yoga practice, I have cultivated a deep understanding of physical and mental well-being. My journey in movement began at the tender age of 3, when I started ballet dancing, a passion that continues to shape my artistic expression. Alongside my dance pursuits, I am also a long-distance runner and weight lifter, embracing the strength and endurance that come from these disciplines.

Beyond my physical endeavours, I am a drummer, finding rhythm and creativity in music. As a mother, I strive to inspire my children with the values of perseverance and passion for the arts and fitness. My diverse background in movement and music fuels my commitment to holistic health, and I am continually exploring new ways to integrate these passions into my life and the lives of those around me.
